I’m driven by a belief that meaningful change begins with purpose-driven conversations. After navigating a major organizational restructuring, I saw how unprepared many leaders felt when facing the emotions, uncertainty, and resistance that come with change. I learned that when leaders act with care and truly understand their inner strengths and the strengths of their team, sustainable change becomes a reality.
